Your assessments, stakeholder feedback, goals and commitments live here, and they are yours. You see the same material your coach sees, you decide what is shared with your organisation, and you can see who has opened your documents and when.
For coaches
Everything you need to prepare, debrief and follow through sits in one place: psychometric reports, 360 feedback and the agreed plan. Your private session notes stay private, visible to no one else, in keeping with the ICF Code of Ethics.
For administrators
Set up organisations, invite coaches and coachees, appoint pairs and keep the agreements register current. You support each engagement without holding copies of the material it depends on.
For sponsoring organisations
Sponsors do not sign in. You receive progress reports that the coachee has reviewed and approved, and tripartite reviews at the points agreed at the outset.
Nothing leaves the platform without a record of who took it and when.
Coaches and administrators sign the NDA and attest to the ICF Code of Ethics before any access.
A coach's session notes are never visible to the administrator, the sponsor or Planet Ganges.
Views and downloads are written to an append-only log the coachee can read.
